Born in Seattle, WA, and moved to WNY 16 years ago. Entered into rest on May 26, 2026. Beloved daughter of Patricia (Bill) Krank-Shumaker and the late Kelvin Krank; devoted sister of Bethany Englund; cherished fiancé of Ken Murlin; also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, especially her feline kids, Jade and Jules. Joy was a oral surgery assistant for many years. Joy was a lover of cats, cooking, traveling, nail polish, the Buffalo Sabres, the Seattle Mariners and Seahawks. Relatives and friends may attend a gathering in Joy's memory at the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Snyder Chapel) 4614 Main St., near Harlem Rd., on Saturday May 30, from 2-5 PM where a prayer service will be held at 5 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ten Lives Club.
