Palmer, Joyce M. Sep 9, 1935 - Jan 15, 2025 Of Blasdell, went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2025. Loving daughter of the late Edith and Edwin Palmer; dear sister of Esther Randall, Margaret (Dick) Clark, Larrie (Cheryl) Palmer, the late Dorothy Stiefler and the late Donald Palmer; also loved by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4-7PM on Friday, January 24th at the Blasdell Gospel Chapel, 88 Arthur Avenue, Blasdell. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday morning at 10 oclock at Blasdell Gospel Chapel. Interment at Hillcrest Cemetery.
