Judith A. Vesper) Wesley

Judith Ann Wesley (nee Vesper) August 26, 1942 - July 18, 2024 Passed away on July 18, 2024 from complications of Alzheimers disease. She passed away at her home in Brownsburg, IN with family beside her. Beloved wife of Sidney J. Wesley who preceded her in death in April of 2021. Mother to Sharon (David Thomas), Jeffrey (Chris), and Jason (Tina). Proud Nana/Grandma to Katie, Jack, Sarah, Grace, Nicole, Joe, and Megan. Preceded in death by mother Frances Vesper. Judy graduated from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in 1963 and enjoyed a fulfilling career working at St. Francis and Mercy hospitals. Retired as Director of Nursing at Sisters of Mercy. Judy and Sid were married at St. Gerards Catholic Church in Buffalo in March 1964 and celebrated 57 years of marriage prior to his passing. Judy was an avid reader and loved solving the daily newspaper crossword puzzle. She enjoyed being outdoors and her favorite spot was on her deck with a cup of coffee, her newspaper, and watching the birds. She loved to decorate her home for the holidays and truly enjoyed time spent with her family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 3148 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park, NY on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Foundation.
