A devoted mother, beloved daughter, and faithful servant of God, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 4, 2026. She was 66 years old. Born on September 12, 1959, Judy spent her life dedicated to her family and her community. A woman of profound faith, she served as a respected Elder at Beyond the Veil Christian Ministries, where her wisdom, guidance, and spirit touched the lives of many. Judy's greatest pride was her family. She shared seven children with Rufus Marks Sr., and her legacy lives on through them: Carmella "Christine" (Tyrone) Thompson-Miller, Rufus (Nakisha) Marks Jr., Dolores Sherry, Robert Marks, Michael (Nicole) Marks, Marcus (Lauren) Marks, and Leanna Obeng'Asante. She is survived by her mother, Dolores Zilliox, who remains a cornerstone of the family. Judy was the dear sister of Nancy (the late Timothy) and Jane. She now joins her father the late Robert Zilliox Sr., and her brother the late Robert Zilliox Jr., in eternal rest. Judy will be remembered for her unwavering strength, her devotion to her ministry, and the deep love she held for her many children and extended family. Relatives and friends may visit on Saturday April 18, 2026 at Beyond the Veil Christian Ministries 277 Masten Ave, Buffalo, NY from 10-11 AM where a Homegoing Service will immedaitely follow at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Acacia Park Cemetery.
