Julianna M. Forys

FORYS - Julianna M. (nee Mamon) Of Cheektowaga, born on September 22, 1919 entered into rest on May 26, 2020 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Frank J. Forys; dearest mother of Marceann (Robert) Ruettimann and John (Linda) Forys; cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Steve), Robert (Kelly), Diana (Michael) and Christopher (Hayley); adored great- grandmother of Aidan, Kaitlyn, Ryan, Nathan, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Preston, Isla and Evynn; loving daughter of the late Anna and John Mamon, who immigrated from Poland to Buffalo, in 1906; dear sister of nine late siblings; survived by many nieces and nephews. Julianna was a longtime parishioner and volunteer at St. Josaphats Catholic Church and School in Cheektowaga. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Sacred Heart Assisted Living and Brothers of Mercy Nursing Home for the warm and giving care they gave to Julianna.
