Loving son of the late William Williams and Billy Blythers. Dear brother of Andre, Joyce, Willa Mae, Chester and the late Jeffrey, Bruce and Robert Williams. Friends and relatives may gather at the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd, near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. Sunday, March 28th, 10 AM -12 PM with a military and funeral service to follow at 12 PM.
