BAUER, Karl, 80, of Lancaster, passed unexpectedly on February 2, 2024. Beloved husband of 48 years to Linda C. (nee Schober) Bauer; devoted father of Anita (Michael) Haefner, Karl Bauer Jr.; Lisa (Sean) Courtney and the late Christian Lee Bauer; cherished grandfather of Michael, Holly, Amy, Austin, Olivia, Melina and Evan; dear great-grandfather of Arianna, Kemper, Freya and Helena; son-in-law of Robert and Violet Schober; dear brother-in-law of Brenda (the late Robert) Taube, Sandra (Scott) Bitikofer and the late Martin Schober; also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of friends. A celebration of Karls life will be celebrated at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 8900 Sheridan Dr. Clarence on Saturday, March 9 at 3:30pm (please assemble at church).
