CORTO - Katherine F. (nee Catanzaro) Of Orchard Park, entered into rest June 23, 2019. Beloved wife of Frank J. Corto; devoted mother of Melissa (Steven) Barone, Melinda (Joseph) Zamparelli and Michael Coffey; stepmother of Frank (Bridgett) Corto and Paul (Raleigh) Corto; cherished grandmother of Robert Zamparelli, Ally Zamparelli, Ava Barone, Michael Barone, Dominic Corto, Sofia Corto, Bella Corto, Mia Corto, Harper Corto, Bailey Corto and Wyatt Corto; loving daughter of the late Michael and Teresa (nee Speranza) Catanzaro; sister of Joan (late James) Lilley and the late Susan (John) McMahon; also survived by loving nephews, relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo funeral home (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4-8 PM, where prayers will be said Thursday morning at 8 o'clock. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Vianney Church at 9 o'clock. Interment Nativity Cemetery. Katherine was a member of the Florida Vasari Country Club.
