Kathleen A. Anderson

Kathleen (nee Ryder) Anderson was born on October 26, 1942 in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late William and late Mary (nee Jaworski) Ryder, the sister of David Ryder of Colorado and the late William Baron and late Robert Ryder. After graduating from LaSalle High School, Kathy worked as a secretary at Bell Aerospace and Moore Business Forms, and later as a deli manager. Kathy spent 15 years in California, often visiting her favorite place, Lake Tahoe. She returned to Western New York in the mid 90's to devote the rest of her life to her family, especially her grandchildren and family pets. Kathy enjoyed watching General Hospital, CSI, and her beloved Buffalo Bills. She loved Bingo, music, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. Kathy is survived by her two sons: Edward (Michelle) Tabone of North Tonawanda, NY and Leonard Tabone of Cyrpress, CA; five grandchildren: Eddy Jr., Nicholas, Nicole, Brendan, and Brooklyn; and one great-granddaughter: Makenzie. Kathy entered into rest on May 28, 2020 at Elderwood at Williamsville Nursing Facility. Her family wishes to thank the staff of Elderwood for their loving support and care. Services private. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
