(nee Nazar) Of Cheektowaga, entered into rest December 17, 2011, beloved wife of James J. Rine; devoted mother of Kelly (Scott) Finkney and Victor (Crissy) Rine; cherished Mimi of Maxwell, Madison and Arianna; loving daughter of the late Anthony and Autumn L., and the late Rita Nazar; dear sister of Tony Nazar; also survived by family and many friends. Kathy was an employee of Erie County Sheriff's Dept for 30 years and a volunteer at National Conference of Christians and Jews.
