Of Orchard Park, entered into rest February 22, 2015, beloved husband of Carolann (nee Kosinski) Schaefer; devoted father of Jennifer Schaefer, Christopher Kusz (Robin Maggio) and Jonathan (Jina) Kusz; cherished grandfather of Corey, Ashley, Brittany and Michael; loving son of the late Carl and Weonna Schaefer, Sr.; dear brother of Carl (Linda) Schaefer, Lawrence (Jeanette) Cartwright and Gretchen (Al) Hirczak; dear son-in-law of Alfreda Netzel; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Thursday from 3-7 PM where the Funeral Service will immediately follow. Mr. Schaefer was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
