Of Buffalo, entered into rest on April 3, 2026. Beloved husband of 71 years of Elizabeth M. (nee McDowell) Crane; Devoted father of Laurie (Mike) Budd, Susan (Bob) Taylor, Janet (Lem) Mogavero, Penny (Bill) Schoeneman, and Larry (Brenda) Crane; Cherished papa of 20 and great-papa of 32; Loving son of the late Glenn and Virginia Lee Crane; Dear brother of Ronald (late Elaine) Crane, Nancy (late Charles) Manley, and the late Jackie (Bernie) Ridall, William (Loretta) Crane, and Jerry Crane. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Ken was a proud veteran of The United States Navy where he served for 4 years. After is active service he served in The United States Naval and Army Reserves for a total of 13 years. He was the first male nurse in the city of Buffalo and was a certified clinical perfusionist for over 40 years. He retired at 65 and continued working at cell saving until 80 years old. Ken's faith in Christ guided him in all aspects of life. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert Rd., on Friday April 10, from 3-7 PM where a Funeral Service will be celebrated on Saturday April 11, at 10 AM. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tunnels To Towers.
