(nee Salerno) and the late Norma (nee Fuller) Gau; devoted father of Elizabeth "Betty" (Malcolm) Cutler, Kenneth Gau, Jr., Marian (David) Dascomb, Barbara (Ted) Perez, John (Cindi) Gau, Allen (Melody) Gau, Norman (Venus) Gau, Robert Gau and the late Jay Henry (Shirley) Gau; cherished grandfather of many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Alvin and Catherine Gau; dear brother of Arlene (Don) Weigel and the late Alvin (late Margaret) Gau, Gilbert (late Dorothy) Gau, Adeline (late Walter) Bebak and Elmer (late Irene) Gau, Sr.; also survived by relatives and many friends.
