Loving husband of Ginger Moen, devoted father of Kenneth (Paige) Moen Jr. and Ryan Moen, cherished grandfather of Angel, Michael, Savanna, and Adrian, son of the late Tilmer and Stell Moen, dear brother of Kim Moen, cherished uncle of Ashley Moen, also survived by other family members and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Sunday (November 10th) from 10:00-11:00 AM.
