PRESTON - Kenneth H. Of Fort Myers Beach, FL, formally Hamburg, NY, entered into rest October 22, 2022. Beloved husband of Laurel (nee Hoover) Preston; dear brother of Carol Bauer; also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place in Our Lady of Victory Basilica, 767 Ridge Rd., Lackawanna, on Friday morning at 10 oclock. Please assemble at Church. Ken was a retired Hamburg Police Detective Sergeant and a United States Air Force Vietnam Veteran. He was a member of the VFW Post 1419 in Lakeview and American Legion Post 274 in Fort Myers Beach. Ken loved fishing, boating, and his Florida lifestyle with his wife Laurel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kens honor to your local animal shelter.
