Of Tonawanda, entered into rest March 24, 2010, beloved husband of Mildred Jean (nee Price) Smeal; devoted father of Theodore Charles (Bonnie); cherished grandfather of Amy (Scott) Robison and Timothy Charles Smeal; loving son of the late Creighton and Emma (nee Walls) Smeal; dear brother of Russell (Nellie) Smeal, Lucy (late Earl) Sneddon, Wanda (Lester) George, Joyce (Victor) Lombardo, Dale (Joan) Smeal, Ronald (Carol) Smeal, the late Donald (Gloria) Smeal and the late Leon (Barbara) Smeal, as well as Elsie (Harrison) Price, Maurice (Arlene), Gerald and Robert Smeal, all deceased; also survived by many friends and relatives. Mr. Smeal was a Supervisor for E.I. DuPont on River Road for over 30 years.
