Beloved companion of Amela Dzemidzic; loving son of Kevin and Phyllis (nee Degenfelder) Jakubczak, Sr.; dear brother of Richard Rios, Lucy, and Natalie Jakubczak; cherished grandson of Rose (late Daniel) Jakubczak and Carol (late Paul) Degenfelder; adored nephew of Roseann Degenfelder, Scott, Mark Jakubczak, Tina Degenfelder, and the late Paul (Colleen) Degenfelder; like a brother to Joe, Jeremy, and Josh Perez; also survived by many family and friends.
