Norman; devoted mother of Noell Norman and Latonya Norman; cherished grandmother of Andre, Garret and London Norman and Jaiden Young; loving daughter of Mary and the late Charles Black; dear sister of Karen, Darryl, Kevin, Donna and the late Gregory and Charles. Also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/ Sheridan Dr. on Wednesday from 10:30-11:30 AM. A Funeral will be held from 11:30 AM- 1 PM. Due to NYS guidlines, 33% occupancy will be observed.
