Of Clarence, NY, entered into rest July 29, 2026; Beloved husband of the late Aurora (nee Sottile) Yost; devoted father of Michael (Joanne) Yost, and David Yost; cherished grandfather of Sydney and Nathan Yost; dear son of the late Richard and Lila (nee Stephenson) Yost; adored brother of Pamela L. Yost, Darlene (Mike Lawrence) Holtzman, and Steven R. Yost; loving companion of Joan Josephson; dear friend of Andy (Linda) Thomasula; also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Larry was born in Harborcreek, PA and was a 1968 graduate of Harbor Creek High. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University. Larry was an avid golfer and a devoted fan of the Buffalo Bills. The proudest name he was ever called was Papa by Sydney and Nathan. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert Rd., on Friday September 11, 2026 from 3-7 PM where a prayer service will immediately follow.
