Laura Scherer

(nee Allen) Of Angola, entered into rest February 17, 2015 61 days before her 90th birthday. Beloved wife of the late James T. Scherer; devoted mother of James Jr., Mary, Wayne (Karen) Scherer, Joyce (George) Torge, Gloria (Tom) Murphy, Judy and the late Patricia Scherer; cherished grandmother of April (Al), Michael, Stephanie, Alyssa, Kara, Laura, Cheyanne and Travis; great-grandmother of Cameron; loving daughter of the late Warren and Pearl Allen; dear sister of Barb (Don) Callan and predeceased by several brothers and sisters; also survived by relatives and friends. No prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial in Infant of Prague Church, 921 Cleveland Dr., Cheektowaga on Friday (February 27th) at 10 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, donations in Laura's memory may be made to the Heart or Lung Association
