Lawrence J. Sciandra

SCIANDRA - Lawrence J., Sr. "Larry" Of Tonawanda, entered into rest March 22, 2017. Beloved husband of 66 years to Marie (nee Provino) Sciandra; devoted father of Barbara Sciandra, Donna (James) Armbruster and the late Lawrence Sciandra Jr.; cherished grandfather of Krista; loving son of the late John and Josephine Sciandra; dear brother of Joseph (late Jeanette) Sciandra and the late Salvatore (late Alice) Sciandra and Mary (late Peter) Bisulca; also survived by relatives and friends. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Amelia's Church, 2999 Eggert Rd., Tonawanda on Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock. Mr. Sciandra was a veteran of the US Army Air Corps, he retired in 1979 from Dunlop Tire after 42 years and was an avid bowler and golfer. Arrangements by LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel).
