SMITH - Lawrence Of Tonawanda, passed away peacefully June 12, 2023. Beloved husband of 57 years to Barbara (nee Malinowski) Smith; dear father of Larry (Joanna) Smith, Wendy Glisson and Julie (James) Virag; loving grandfather of Lawrence, Ava, Nicole, Hannah, Alex, Andrew, Brooke and Parker; also survived by many nieces and nephews. A private service was held at the convenience of the family. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Mr. Smith was a US Army veteran, he retired from General Motors after 39 years and was a member of the Tonawanda Island Launch Club.
