HEROD - Lena (nee Falzone) Of Buffalo, entered into rest suddenly January 28, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Walter J. Herod; devoted mother of Maria (late John) Cronyn and the late Michael J. Herod; adored grandmother of Michael J. Jr. and Bridget Herod; loving daughter of the late Salvatore and Francesca Falzone; dear sister of Rose and Frank (Diane) Falzone and the late Salvatore (late Annabelle), late Anna, late Leonard (Lorraine) Falzone, late Theresa (late John) LoTempio and late baby boy Leonard Falzone; cherished aunt of Francesca, Felicia and Juliette Falzone; she is also survived by many other loving nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Funeral Service will be celebrated Saturday morning, February 12, at 10 o'clock at the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. Interment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
