NOE - Leo V., Jr. Of Amherst, entered into rest on October 17, 2016 at age 83; beloved husband of Cindy (nee Pavlow-Weiskopf) Noe; devoted father of Leo III (Barbara) Noe, John Noe, Paul (Carrie) Noe, Thomas (Nicole) Noe, Robert Noe and Daniel "Andy" (Erin) Noe; devoted stepfather of Jill (Adam) Brufsky, David (Amy) Weiskopf and Steven (Renee) Weiskopf; cherished grandfather of 24 grandchildren; loving son of the late Leo V., Sr. and Mary Noe; dear brother of Joan Kowalczyk and Mary (Charles) Suhay; former husband and friend of Ann B. Noe; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. No prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Leo's Life at Park Country Club, 4949 Sheridan Dr., Amherst on Wednesday (October 19th) from 6-9 PM.
