Linda Lee (nee Parker) Carney

February 25, 1950 - February 8, 2026

Of Cheektowaga, entered into rest February 8, 2026. Beloved wife of 28 years to Randy Carney; devoted mother of Jodi Benson and step-mother of Sean (Laura) Carney, Cynthia Carney and Ryan (Margaux Huart) Carney; cherished grandmother of Olivia, Wyatt, Ellie and Bastien; loving daughter of the late Arthur and Doris Parker; dear sister of Gloria Ellis, Kathy Duffy and the late Carmella Christopher; also survived by many cousins, extended family and friends. Linda loved the color purple. Years ago, she was a small business owner of "Purple Passion Gift Boutique", in Florida. She adored her pets including her late dog, George and her kitties, Squirt and Merlin. In her younger years, she enjoyed spending her time reading, playing bingo, and going to the casino. As she got older, she loved outings with her husband, Randy and staying in touch with others on Facebook, which lead her to finding her biological sister. Genealogy was close to her heart, as she used their platform and her family history to find all of her other family members. Linda always had a smile on her face and cared deeply for everyone around her. 

A special thank you to all the staff at Northgate Healthcare Facility in North Tonawanda for their wonderful care and support of Linda throughout her time there.

Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Thursday (February 12) from 3-7PM for a gathering in Linda's memory, where the family will say a few words at 6:30PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Linda's name to the Kidney Foundation of WNY or online at https://www.kfwny.org/give
