Kolb III; devoted mother of Julie (Robert Palacz) Zak, Michael (Michelle) Zak and Stephen (Kelly) Zak; cherished grandmother of six grandchildren; loving daughter of the late Joseph and Gloria Dafchik; dear sister of Pauline (John) Girome, Thomas Dafchik and Patricia (Todd) Schumacher; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, where the funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10 o'clock.
