Loraine V. Todd

Loraine V. Todd (nee Plourde), age 91, of Tonawanda, entered into rest on August 9, 2025. Devoted wife of the late Lowell Todd; beloved mother of Mark (late Patricia) Todd, Michael (Linda) Todd and Maryanne Todd; cherished grandmother of Mark (late Mickie) Todd, Katelyn (James Hubbell) Todd, Jeffrey Todd and Allison (Tyler) Van Schoonhoven; adored great-grandmother of Samantha Todd (Matthew Marschner), Henry Hubbell, Charlie Hubbell, Willem Van Schoonhoven and Wells Van Schoonhoven; loving daughter of the late Albert J. and Helene (nee Chapdelaine) Plourde; dear sister of Rita (Robert) Friske and the late Jeannette Brow and Carmen Ovaska; also survived by the many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Loraine was a member of the Lake Erie Region Antique Automobile Club of America. She was also a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church. Her hobbies included knitting, reading, puzzle books and watching the Game Show Network. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Friday, August 22 from 4-7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 2660 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tonawanda, on Saturday, August 23 at 9:30am (please assemble at church).
