Beloved wife of the late Henry Chudzik and the late Benedict Wachadlo; devoted mother of Martin Wachadlo and Carol (Richard) Esslinger; dear grandmother of Lynndsay (Jordan) Holubec, Nicole (Andrew) Causer, and Benjamin (Will) Holubec; dear great-grandmother of Robert Pike and Emmett Causer, Lily Esslinger, Jameson Causer, Eleanor Causer, and Vivian Morgan; loving sister of the late Harry (late Dolores) Gray, and Stephen (late Patricia) Grzybowski; cherished friend and loving companion of the late Stan Nasternak; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. Mrs. Chudzik was a member of Orchard Park Seniors, Polka Boosters, and American Legion Post #1477 Ladies Auxiliary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday (August 24th) in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 3148 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park, NY 14127 at 10 am. Please assemble at church.
