Of Buffalo, entered into rest January 24, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Frank F. Hughes Sr. devoted mother of Michael D. (Sherri Lynn) Hughes, Edward D. (Donna M. Gist) Hughes, and the late Frank F. Hughes Jr., Richard A. (Yarlandia) Hughes and Lynda L. Davis; cherished grandmother of Dierdre Hughes, Eliott (Keilani) Hughes, Jason Hughes, Kameron Hughes, Daniel Hughes, Janyca (LaToria Slaughter) Davis, Crysta Davis, Mychaela (Warren) Henderson, Alexandra (Brian) Simac and Evan Hughes and several great grandchildren; dear sister of the late Eli W. Williamson Jr. loving niece of Mary Gelene Briggs; also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Philips Episcopal Church, 18 Sussex St. Buffalo on Friday morning at 11:00 o'clock. Interment Pine Lawn Cemetery.
