VERTINO - Louis B. Of Lackawanna, entered into rest September 13, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Brigitte A. (nee Soeffing) Vertino; devoted father of Louis (Anne Marie) Vertino and Claudia Beaton-Vertino; cherished grandfather of Louis Jr. , Nicole and Anthony Vertino; loving son of the late Pasquale "Pat" and Assunta "Sue" (nee Sperduti) Vertino; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtown Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Prayers will be said Thursday morning at 8 o'clock and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Bistrica Church at 9 o'clock. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Mr. Vertino was a US Army veteran.
