FOLGA, Lucy M. (nee Banas) - Of Amherst, entered into rest on January 25, 2026. Beloved wife of Ronald Folga. Loving daughter of the late Thaddeus and Jane (nee Rogacki) Banas. Dear sister of Therese Banas, Margaret (Dave) Capretto, James Banas, and the late Carol (late Mike) Styn-Kern. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Lucy was a teacher for over 30 years with the Cheektowaga-Sloan Union Free School District. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst on Saturday (January 31st) from 12-2PM & 4-7PM, where prayers will be said at 7:00PM. Interment will take place on Monday (February 2nd) at 11:00AM at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 800 Pine Ridge Heritage Blvd., Cheektowaga. Please assemble at the office gate.
