M. Jane Parmington

M. Jane Parmington, 68, of Buffalo, NY, passed away February 5, 2025. Her care and generosity knew no limits, and she leaves behind a legacy of kindness and service. Jane is survived by her husband, Todd; children, Lauren, Kent, Katherine, and Bennett; and four grandchildren, Penelope, June, Todd, and Cameron.

As a graduate of Dartmouth Medical School and Associate Professor of Pediatrics, she found immense joy in teaching and mentoring her medical students and residents, shaping the next generation of doctors with both knowledge and compassion. She spent her entire career at the Jesse Nash Clinic and Towne Gardens Pediatrics. Her summers at Follensby Clear Pond in the Adirondacks were among her most cherished memories. She embraced life with a positive spirit, always seeing the best in people and reminding those around her to be generous, kind, and focused on what truly matters- helping others.

Her presence will be deeply missed, but her unwavering dedication to service will continue to inspire all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to Eagle Island, Inc. A celebration of her life will be held this summer in the Adirondacks.
