MENDEZ - Madlyn M. "Auntie" of Buffalo, formerly of Kingston, Jamaica, departed this life on March 24, 2023. Loving daughter of the late Ernest and Beatrice (nee Jaghi) Mendez; beloved sister of Hubert (Donna), Veronica, Trevor, Eustace (Paulette), Robert (Valda), Lionel (Tuesday), Joy (Oliver), George (Karell), and the late Ethlind; cherished aunt of many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews; also survived by other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Friday (April 14th) from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place in St. Leo the Great Church, 885 Sweet Home Rd., Amherst Saturday morning at 9 oclock, please assemble at Church. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery
