Magdalena 'Leni' Wieand

WIEAND - Magdalena Leni(nee Morbitzer) Entered into rest January 27, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Richard C. Dutch Wieand; devoted mother of Richard (Anita) Wieand and Linda (Pete) Sperry; adored grandmother of Michael (Shannon), Robert (Nikki) and Richard (Jenna); cherished greatgrandmother of Dalena, Harper, Alexis and Henry; loving daughter of the late Joseph and Ida Morbitzer; she is preceded in death by two brothers and a sister; dear sister-in-law of Walter (Joanne) and the late Edward (Maryann), late Otto (late Rose) and late Mousie (late Rita) Wieand; she is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Leni was a member of the Justinettes of the Knights of Columbus and the SGTV Buffalo Edelweiss. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara falls Blvd. (near Eggert/Sheridan Drive), on Monday 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday morning at 11 oclock at Queen of Martyrs Church, 180 George Urban Blvd., Buffalo, NY. Please assemble at church. Interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery. Flowers politely declined.
