Beloved husband of Julia (nee Diaz); devoted father of Ruby (Victor) Velez, Gladys (George) Lopez, and the late Manuel "Pito" Rivera Jr.; cherished grandpa of Victor Jr., Nina (Tracy), Mario (Jenny), Eric (Alicia), Julisa, and Manuel "Nico."; adored great-grandpa of Victor III, Vivianna, Vitorio, Mario Jr., Helena, Anthony, Nicholas and Quentin; dear brother of Carmen, and the late Anibal, Ruben, Marcelo, Agripino, Edelmira, Idilia, Maria, Candita, Zoraida, and Eloisa; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Relatives and friends may visit on Friday May 15, Hope and Restoration Ministry, 543 Richmond Ave., Buffalo, NY, 14222 from 2-8 PM where a prayer service will be held at 7 PM. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at the church on Saturday, May 16, at 9 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
