Beloved husband of the late Margaret (nee Gomez) Saldana; devoted father of Janice (Mike) Kowalski, Maria (Jim) Kunkemoeller and the late Bruce (late Anne Blair) Saldana; cherished grandfather of Jennifer (Paul) Crevatin, Amy (Kevin Bassett) Saldana, Carey (Cesar) Gutierrez, Michael Kowalski, Andrea (Mark) Kin, James Kunkemoeller, Matthew Kunkemoeller and several great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Herlindo and Luisa Saldana; dear brother of Josephine Saldana, Chenta (late Teresa) Saldana, Herlindo (Betty) Saldana, Jr., and Chita (Steve) Gideo; also survived by many nieces and nephews; dear friend of Patricia Kezman. Due to social gathering limitations, private services will be attended by family at LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel). A Memorial Mass at St. John Vianney Church and interment at Holy Cross Cemetery to be held at a later date.
