Beloved husband of Rozetta (nee Allen) Wiggins; devoted father of Robinique (Omar Menifee) Johnson-Menifee; cherished grandfather of Imara and Nia Menifee; loving son of the late Manuel Lawrence Porter and Martha Ridley Wiggins; dear brother of James (Elaine) Wiggins, Martha Gene Wiggins, Theresa Rutherford, Regina Wiggins, H. Jeanette Kelly and the late Margaret Benjamin, Louis Wiggins, Jr. and brother in law, Royelle Rutherford; also survived by nieces and nephews. Manuel was a Chaplain for many years at TerraceView.
