PFOHL - Marcia C. Born November 29, 1939, passed from this life Sunday, February 27, 2022. Marcia began her life of service as a nurse at Buffalo General Hospital. After marrying Edwin L. Pfohl, she spent her passion raising five children. While in their teens, she then joined as a partner with E. L. Pfohl agency providing insurance to the WNY area. Marcia was truly an exceptional, one of a kind, meek, tenderhearted, generous, caring, never say a bad word about anyone, kind of person, who lived to serve humanity. She continued her service through Rotary and The Salvation Army as well as her family and friends. She was an accomplished artist in many mediums. Marcia was predeceased by her husband, Edwin L.; sons, Ted and Roswell; she is survived by her children Meg Sano, Jeff (Lori), and Marcia; grandmother of Kelsey (Trea) Garza, Lindsey (Sammy) Galindo, Leah Pfohl, and Ros Pfohl; great-grandmother of Addyson, Paiton, and Lincoln Garza. She was deeply loved and loved deeply, truly representing the best in humanity. She was an avid bills fan and shared that passion with her daughter, Marcia, as team Allen and Diggs. The family wishes to recognize the incredible assistance of her daughter, Marcia; her loving sister, Jane; her aide, Christine Crummet; as well as others who helped during her last 6 months of infirmity. Her deep faith was shared with her family and they are looking forward to seeing her again in the future. Funeral Services: Lombardo Funeral Home, 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., viewing: Friday, March 18th, 4-7 PM. Funeral Service officiated by Rev. Jeff Pfohl, Saturday, March 19th, at 10 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life brunch.
