Bielecki; devoted mother of Dawn (Jeff) Chapman and Thomas (Julie Burba) Halligan; cherished grandmother of Joshuah, Noah, Elijah, Liam and Leah Chapman, Thomas Halligan V and the late Christopher Dimmick; daughter of the late Lawrence and Emily Garrett; dear sister of Patricia (John) Koprowski, Thomas (Rosa) Garrett and the late Lawrence (Kathleen) Garrett; also survived by many nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John XXIII Church, 1 Arcade St., West Seneca, on Monday (February 10) at 11AM. Please assemble at Church. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
