CARANDAS, Margaret Of Buffalo, entered into rest on November 24, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Christ "Chris" Carandas; devoted mother of Diana (late Mike) Shaw, Lisa (late Mark) St. John, and the late Theodore "Ted" Carandas; cherished grandmother of Sara Petri, Maria (Abe) Ruiz, Marissa (Goran) Alunovic, Jamie (Anthony) Fanara, and Diana (Nick Hernandez) Hanel; great-grandmother of Nicholas, Jack, Nina, Giuliana, Gia, Eva, Ben, Alexandra, Alaina, and Nicholas; loving daughter of the late James and Helen (nee Yanimbus) Peter; dear sister of George (Georgia) Peter and the late Angelina (late Sydney) Borovilos; also survived by many other loving family and friends. A Funeral Service will be celebrated Thursday morning in Hellenic Orthodox Church of the Annunciation, 146 W Utica St, Buffalo, NY 14222, at 11 oclock. Please assemble at church.
