Marguerite Edith Scott

SCOTT- Marguerite "Jo" (nee Toth), of Williamsville, NY, entered into rest on September 11, 2023 at the age of 85. Loving and devoted mother of Karen (Doug) Torre, Amy (Paul) Steimle and the late Holly Scott; cherished grandmother of Brittany (Brian) Grzesik, Tyler Brown, Jack Torre, Michael Steimle, Joseph Steimle, Maximus Torre, Isabel Steimle, Nelson Torre and William Torre; adored great-grandmother of Cullen and Louis Grzesik; dear daughter of the late John and Margaret (nee Koltai) Toth; fond aunt to many nieces and nephews. Jo was a teacher for the Williamsville School District for 43 years, teaching first grade at both Maple East and Heim Elementary Schools. She had a passion for teaching. Her incredible love and dedication to educating children had a profound impact on the lives of many. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Snyder Chapel), 4614 Main St. (near Harlem), on Saturday September 16 from 10-11am. A memorial service will immediately follow.
