Loving daughter of the late Pasquale and Aurelia Aquino; dear sister of Ferdinando (Tina) Aquino, of Italy and the late Giovanni (late Corinne) Aquino; cherished aunt of Valeria (Sandro) Ventura and Mariella (Alfonso) Coccorullo of Italy and Maryanne (Robert) Rife and Mark (Stephanie) Aquino of Buffalo; adored great-aunt of Elisa, Lucia, Lily and Martina; dearest cousin of Carolyn Batcho; loving friend of Rosella Cavo. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Friday (September 23) from 4-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 160 Court St., Buffalo, on Saturday morning at 9:30 AM. (Please assemble at Church.) Inurnment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Maria worked for Alitalia for many years as a travel agent. She was also the past president of Dante Alighieri Club.
