Velazquez; devoted mother of Jose (Jennifer) Monge and Edwin (Mary) Monge; step-mother of Maggie (Jose) Orta; cherished grandmother of Mia, Levi, Matteo, Luna, Marco, Alex, Christopher, Samantha, Miranda, Brianna, Sami, and Valentina; great-grandmother of Sofia and Gianni; loving daughter of the late Enrique and Santa Martinez; dear sister of Santa Lopez and the late Nellie Rinaldi; step-sister of Emma Davila; also survived by many other family members and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Road, Orchard Park, near Lake Ave. on Sunday from 2:00-5:30PM where a funeral service will immediately follow at 5:30PM.
