Maria "Mary" Wheeler (nee Johnson) of Cheektowaga, entered into rest on July 16, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Alfred H. Wheeler; devoted mother of Paula (late John) Swetland, Alfred M. (Susan) Wheeler, Shirley (late Paul) Tomasello and Deborah (Steve) Gianello; cherished grandmother of Nichole, Erin (David), Amanda, Shane (Ashlie), Holli (Robert), Brittney (Nick), Christian, Nicholas, David, Andria, the late Anthony, Dominic, Amber (Matt) and Sarah (Mike); adored great grandmother of Gianna, Charlotte, Vanna, Brenden, Mikah, Zoe, Hannah, Ash, Ashton and Landon; loving daughter of the late Suzanne and Edwin Johnson; also loved by brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Monday (July 21) from 3-7 PM, where a Funeral Service will follow.
