Loving daughter of the late Peter and Lucy (nee DiGiacomo) Abbarno; dear sister of Gloria Taylor, Pasquale (Susan) Abbarno, Theresa (late Tom Minnuto) Keohane, Anthony (Theodora) Abbarno, Giovanni (Janice) Abbarno, Paul (Phyllis) Abbarno, late James (late Irene) Abbarno, and the late Frank (Ann) Abbarno; also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst (near Eggert Rd.) on Friday, March 13th from 4:00-8:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday morning, March 14th, in St. Paul Catholic Church, 33 Victoria Blvd., Kenmore, NY 14217 at 9 o'clock with entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Marie retired as a teacher from the Buffalo Public School System. She was a member of the Dante Society, Italian Federation, and enjoyed many volunteer works in her retirement years.
