MARCONI - Marie L. (nee Naples) Of Buffalo, entered into rest April 2, 2019, at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Pat A. Marconi; devoted mother of Patricia (Anthony) Diamico, JoAnn (late Perry Jr.) Mastrangelo, the late Dominic Marconi, Angeline (Kevin) Prendergast, and Pamela (late Donald Sr.) Dressel: cherished grandmother of Marie Stoddard, Perry (Mary Jo) Mastrangelo III, Albert (Kim) Diamico, the late Patrick Sr. (Kathleen) Mastrangelo, Michael (Deborah) Mastrangelo, Donald (Jenifer) Dressel Jr., Michael (Melissa) Prendergast, Amy Prendergast, Sara (Steve) Bourne; adored "GiGi" to Marissa, Mason, Anthony, Jenna, Anna Marie, Maddie, Bella, Patrick Jr., Sophia, Austyn Marie, Bryce, Emma, Abby, Belle, Matthew, Josh, Ryan, Rebecca, Jessica, Ben, Jaxon, Cameron, and Sierra; loving daughter of the late Anthony and Angeline Naples; dear sister of the late Bridget Guzzo, Carmen Naples, Alex Naples, Frances Merendino, James Naples, Anthony Naples, Shirley Lonie, John Robert Naples, Gerald Naples and twin Geraldine Noel, and Donald Naples. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Columba-Brigid Church, 75 Hickory St., Buffalo, on Wednesday (July 3rd) at 10 o'clock. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Our mother was a kindergarten teacher for 30 years at St. Columba in Buffalo. She was known for cooking Sunday dinner for all who came. She did this for over 50 years. She was the best baker ever. She was known for her Italian cookies, pizza, cannolis, pizzelles, gnocchi, lasagna, and ravioli. Our family would like to thank all the staff and residents of Fiddlers Green Manor of Springville, NY for their loving kindness and friendship to our dear mother. Everyone called her "Gram."
