Marie Rita Pawlik

PAWLIK - Marie R. (nee Luthi) Of West Seneca, entered into rest August 28, 2019. Beloved wife of 68 years to the late John J. Pawlik; devoted mother of John (Lynne) Pawlik, Mary Beth (Bob) Ogle, Larry (Dassy) Pawlik, Elaine (Mark) Hillery, Gary (Susan) Pawlik, and the late Linda Marie Pawlik; cherished grandmother of Michael (Emily), Claire, Charlie, Alannah, Erin, William, Alexandria (Garret), Emily, Madalyn, and Alexander; great-grandmother of John Michael, Anne Marie, and Catherine Emily; loving daughter of the late Fred and Magdalene (nee Kleinmeyer) Luthi; dear sister of the late Carl Luthi. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Charity Parish (St. Ambrose worship site), 65 Ridgewood Rd., South Buffalo, on Wednesday morning at 9:30 AM (please assemble at church). Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. Marie was a long-term volunteer at Deaconess Hospital, very active at St. Ambrose Parish, a member of the Buffalo Fire Department Women's Auxiliary, and active in numerous garden clubs.
