Pujols; devoted mother of William (Jordan Zglinicki) Pujols, Christopher (Michelle Natareno) Pujols, and Leonardo Pujols; cherished grandmother of Mia Pujols, Aleena Pujols, Laila Pujols, and Giselle Vasquez; loving daughter of Esperanza and the late Jose Eli Hernandez; dear sister of Dennis Hernandez, Cynthia Morales, Charmaine Hernandez, Jose Hernandez, and the late Jose A. Hernandez; adored aunt of Dennis Hernandez Jr., Dominique Hernandez, and Nicole Hernandez. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd.
