Beloved wife of Jeffrey Collins; devoted mother of Jason (Beth) Adams; Cherished grandmother of Libby; loving laughter of the late Raymond and Betty Czerwinski; dear sister of Raymond (Janet), Michael (Cindy), Bradley (Penny) and the late Carol Czerwinski; also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Saturday (November 5) from 3-6PM, where prayers will immediately follow.
