Mary Ann Nagowski (Special), 75, of Amherst, NY passed away on March 19, 2026 at home peacefully on hospice. She was known for her creative spirit with a lifetime of sewing, quilting, and crafts with and for friends and family. Her family and loved ones will miss her magical spirit and unconditional love. She will be forever admired for her endurance as she went through years of medical obstacles and yet continued to show honorable acceptance and optimism. Mary Ann is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert T Nagowski Jr., her son Steven Nagowski (Josh Bradley), daughters Nicole Balak (Joe Balak) and Robin Reid (Logan Reid), and her grandson Marshall Reid. No funeral or memorial services planned. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo and the Buffalo AKG Art Museum.
